WHO
WHO SHOULD TEST?
Painters that wish to have the ability to set their classification level.
WHAT
WHAT AM I TESTING FOR?
P1, P2, P3, P4, Journey Levels, in the categories of:
Commercial Painting, Industrial Painting and
Specialty Painting
The testing is comprised of written and skills based testing. The written test is just a small part of the test. Skills testing carries the most weight. The skills portion covers the types of things Painters do everyday on the job. If you are interested in testing to make your wage portable, please contact the Painter Progression office at (206) 762-3205 to reserve a testing date. You can test at any time but your Health & Safety classes have to be completed before a Journey Card is issued.
